Durham House is a fantastic Georgian residence, with 6 bedrooms (2 double, 2 kingsize and 2 twin), 2 sitting rooms, a kitchen and separate dining room, 2 bathrooms and a wealth of features, including the main stairway and separate servants' stairs! Most of the rooms have views over Wirksworth moor.

The house has been tastefully furnished with a mixture of antique and modern furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room

It has a well established, secluded garden, with outdoor seating, a BBQ and a pond. It will be available from the beginning of March 2008.

Durham House is situated on a quiet but central street, only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. There are plenty of walks from the doorstep and the High Peak Trail is only a 10 minute walk away

There is off-street parking for 3 cars and a secure area in the garage for bikes
